I wish I had a 'before' shot of this table stand. It was a creamy white and did not flow with the rest of the room's upgrade. I painted it with a black base and highlighted with bronze and gold to bring out the new upholstered chairs.
Trey ceilings are probably the most popular request for faux. Even though this ceiling isn't very recessed, you can still see the difference color makes and how it can separate an area of a room to increase that custom look that my clients strive for. Look at how much reflection is picked up from the cabinets in this metallic finish. Even better in person!
I love when clients recycle. In my opinion, color is the most constant upgrade in design. You liked a piece in the past, but now the color is a little off. Spice it up with color. (I sound like an annoying host on HGTV, but it's true.)
Marbling is tedious. But when you put on the final clear coat you are reminded of how stunning and well worth the amount of time that was spent on the project. The craftsmanship of the woodwork put into constructing the fireplace and columns adds to the quality of the overall look.
