First floor exterior paint was approved this morning for this historical cast iron facade in downtown Louisville. The goal is to bring out the beautiful detail in a more tone on tone approach rather than the strong contrast between the deep green and off-white as seen on floors two through five. The first floor gives a little sneak peek of what's to come.
